Kelly is an occupational therapist, certified hand therapist, holistic health counselor, Level 1 IFS practitioner, and a board-certified structural integrator and massage therapist. Kelly has been practicing in the field of rehabilitative medicine as an Occupational Therapist for over 36 years. Her focus is not only on the physical issues which may present in disease and dysfunction, but also on the relationship of stress, cognitive belief patterns and emotions. Her focus is on utilizing the principles of tensegrity as a foundation for the evaluation of global structural patterns, along with the implementation of targeted light touch manual therapies, movement integration and dialoguing, as a means to create three dimensional balance of the whole person.
Kelly’s primary goal is to empower her clients and students in learning and practicing a balanced lifestyle that not only supports health and well-being, but focuses on ‘a return to oneself’ and their soul’s true purpose.
