I’m obsessed with learning about other people’s rituals and routines and how I can optimise my morning to show up and be my best self. They say the most successful people in the world have a morning routine. They intentionally spend the first waking hours of their day doing specific things. They might read, workout, say an affirmation or do a meditation.  

There’s not one morning routine that works for everyone but certain practices and rituals in the morning are supportive of a successful day. We all wake up with the same 24 hours every day. It’s how we choose to spend our time that makes the difference. Simple rituals in the morning like hydration, movement, breath work or creative outlets can have an impact on your life in a profound way. It’s called the compound effect!
