Tiff Snyder is an occupational therapist, health coach and the founder of The Wellbeing Movement. She is also a yogi, a lover of plant based foods and a shredder in the surf a. Tiff was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and generalised anxiety disorder years ago. These are conditions she continues to live with but along her journey she has found her own way of healing and helping herself through a range of natural approaches when she thought there was no way out. Tiff embraced yoga, meditation, breathing, mindset, self-love, nutrition, low-tox living and surrounded herself with positive relationships. Her personal journey has meant that she has more compassion, understanding and empathy for her occupational therapy clients experiencing chronic health conditions.
