But when you are so deeply connected to your mission and your ‘why’, you develop the grit to show up on the days you’d rather not and you learn to harness the patience to stick it out for the long term. Only 80% of businesses survive their first year, and only 50% survive past the 5 year mark, but I know you have it in you to do what it takes to create a sustainable and viable business. You know you do too. Business requires you to develop the hard and the soft skills, and to show up in a way that solves a problem…. and serves a community. Let’s do this…..
